♦The Magic of the Unicorn♦
Unicorns are so enchanting and the perfect gift for someone who has forgotten their Magic!
Unicorns are legendary creatures that have special magical powers they actively seek those that are pure of heart. These beauties with their beautiful enchanted horn are elusive on so many levels. Hiding in plain sight all around the world, Unicorns can only be seen by those ‘good of heart and soul’ and those who can keep a magical secret. In medieval times, it was believed that the Unicorn horn could protect against all illness and had the power to dissolve poison. The horn is like a magic wand, pouring out divine energy when needed. Wherever the Unicorn directs this light, healing takes place.
Unicorns are strongly associated with the feminine aspect of purity. It is said that only a virgin can touch a unicorn. Unicorns have been associated with the virgin Mother as well. The unicorn summons qualities like power laced with magic. The first picture of a unicorn was found in the Lascaux Caves of France around 15,000 BCE. Genghis Khan decided not to conquer India after meeting a unicorn, which bowed down to him; he viewed it as a sign from his dead father and turned his army back.
