STAR-LINK Meteorites
(The Aletai Meteor)
The Aletai meteor began as a massive meteor–estimated more than 100 tons–that broke up upon entry into Earth’s atmosphere, depositing single meteorite fragments as large as 28 tons all across China. The strewn field was approximately 500 kilometers long. The shower of meteorite fragments were spread out over such a large area that specimens were given a variety of names, primarily names of cities where they were found. Aletai’s strewn meteor field basically skipped through the upper atmosphere like a stone skipping across a pond. This massive meteorite impact occurred 66 million years ago and was responsible for the extinction of non-avian dinosaurs.
Meteorites emanate a strong vibrational sensation that stimulates the Third Eye and Crown Chakra creating a doorway of inner vision and spiritual awakening. Meteorite in any form is a dynamic stone of transformation. It offers protection, provides a clear sense of direction, encourages us to be present, and centers us in time. They are a catalyst for spiritual awakening and at the same time they are grounding and protective.
A large amount of the element iridium, gold and olivine crystals were found in high concentrations in this meteor. The Aletai meteorite has distinctive geometric patterns called Widmanstätten patterns, which become visible when the meteorite is cut. These patterns are crisscrossing bands of iron-nickel alloys called kamacite and taenite that slowly crystalized as the core of the meteorites’ parent bodies slowly cooled. Such large alloy crystallizations do not occur naturally on Earth, further proving that iron meteorites come from extraterrestrial bodies.
Meteorite is a star-born catalyst of healing and wholeness; this is a sacred talisman of awakening opening the doors to our destiny. The changes it brings can be intense and rapid. The healing can occur in the physical body, the chakra system, one’s dream life and other aspects of the spiritual dimensions. This is a valuable stone for star children and sensitive souls who find it difficult being on earth. Placed on the heart, meteors will uncover the reasons and purpose for why one is here, and eases the “homesickness” for the stars.
