CHACO CANYON STAR♦PORTAL STONES
Each one of these magnificent stones represents a doorway in and thru time. These ageless beauties were found (and then polished by the miner) outside of Chaco Canyon in New Mexico. What is sacred of nature can never be diluted by anyone else’s selfish choices. These magnificent stones come to carve the way thru the Chaco canyon of truth. They are called Chaco Canyon Star♦Portal Stones. They come to escort us into facts that have lain barren in front of our very human eyes. They show us the power within us and the earth and what to do with it!
As we move through more and more dimensional flux, upheaval and just plain bull, we come to intersections in time and thought, in heart and action, and in remembrance of Promises Passed. These Timeless earthen beauties will escort us into places we did not even know we wanted to go. They stand up for what is right and what is Holy on earth. They stand sentinel on the boundaries of the sacred land of Chaco Canyon herself. The peoples of this land were matriarchical of heart and action. DNA studies suggest that the leadership and bloodline of the Pueblo People in Chaco Canyon were passed down through the mother’s line, indicating a deep reverence for the matrilineal principle, associated with goddess figures. The central female deity associated with Chaco canyon is the Corn Maiden (or the seven color-coded Corn Maidens) whose celestial movements, were central to the ceremonial and astronomical calendar. (Particularly those of the star Alkaid in Ursa Major)
Alkaid (in Ursa Major) is traditionally associated with themes of transformation and change. Its energy is believed to stimulate a deep sense of personal evolution. For those who are spiritually attuned, the star Alkaid’s influence can serve as a catalyst for shedding old habits and embracing new paths. Alkaid serves as a guide for those on a journey of self-discovery. Its transformative energy beckons individuals to explore the depths of their soul and embrace their unique purpose in the world. The energy emanating from the star Alkaid is dynamic and forceful. It resonates with a high frequency that encourages movement and progress. By connecting with this star-energy many will finally be able to push past inertia.
The star Alkaid’s energy encourages introspection and self-examination, urging individuals to confront their deepest fears and insecurities. While this process can be uncomfortable, it eventually paves the way for emotional healing and resilience to past trauma. Alkaid’s energy promotes clarity of thought and heightened intuition. It supports cutting through the clamor of doubt and confusion, allowing one to access their inner wisdom. As part of the constellation Ursa Major, Alkaid contributes to the overall energetic framework that shapes social developments. WHY the Interest in Chaco Canyon by the Government?
In early 2026, the Department of the Interior (under the Trump administration) proposed reversing a 20-year, 10-mile buffer zone established in 2023 by the Biden administration that protected public lands surrounding the park from new oil and gas leasing. The region is heavily sought after for drilling. The largest methane hot spot in the United States, attributable to oil and gas drilling, sits above Chaco canyon. Roughly 90% of the surrounding federal public land was already leased for energy development before protective, temporary bans were implemented. Indigenous leaders argue that lifting the buffer zone will destroy thousands of undocumented, fragile archaeological sites, worsen air quality, and desecrate land that is still used for traditional, spiritual, and ceremonial purposes. Also as we all well know their is always more than one agenda on the docket per acquiring sacred land!
