Activating Your ‘Skinny Genes’
Lately we all feel as if we have missed our flight or got on the wrong train, we are a little lost as the 9-9-9 shift begins to spread her wings but has not yet learned to fly.
As we all well know it has been one heck of an inter-dimensional healing process on every level. In this personal healing process many have gained what i call ‘protection weight’, adding distance between them-selves and others, not wanting to feel so much, allowing the weight to anchor them fully to earth.
The human emotions have been raw to the bone the last few years. We are all feeling so deep that our soul screams to stop; we all try to dig ourselves out of the emotional well, bucket by bucket, doughnut by doughnut.
Going through personal and planetary healing is similar to going through a life-death experience. Our bodies slow down time to be able to absorb the healing light that is present, our energy level drops like an anchor as we conserve life-force; our stamina is out to lunch, everything is in slow motion, body mind and spirit.
Recently the universe has asked me to ‘Befriend my Skinny Genes’. (Well I did find those rather tight skinny jeans told them to activate and they just sat there and looked at me!) In the process of locating my skinny genes the universe said to find a powerful stone that would hold the ‘skinny gene vibration’, Voila beautiful blue Apatite.
Blue Apatite is known to suppress hunger (all types), clearing past lives and trauma associated with hunger, not having enough food, or starving to death. Usually when one is feeling ‘blue’ their ‘appetite’ (apatite) is triggered. Blue Apatite increases inner motivation allowing with a ‘willingness’ to let go of useless aspects of self that no longer serve our higher good.
This stone increases motivation ‘to know, to be, to do’. It draws negativity from the self, clearing confusion and frustration, reducing irritability, allowing higher knowledge. Being associated with the throat chakra, this beautiful blue stone allows one to clear the throat chakra and bring lost, unspoken words to the surface; finally speaking truth, to others and to self.
This powerful and beautiful stone is ‘attuned to the future, yet connects us to the past’. It stimulates all dormant psychic gifts deepening meditation and our connection to Source. Blue Apatite cleanses the aura removing cluttered stored dusty energies. This stone is excellent for discovering past lives and their karmic patterns that need cleared this lifetime. This is also an exceptional dream stone allowing access to deep levels of the subconscious. Blue Apatite can stimulate visionary states allowing you to see multiple levels of consciousness; it expands the awareness of dimensional and parallel selves, ones karmic debt and how our actions in the Now, can clear that.
Within the blue apatite also lives splashes of Chrysocolla; this beautiful stone has within it some very interesting mineral companions. For thousands of years chrysocolla has been known as a stone of ‘comforting, healing and security’. This very powerful stone brings about a gentle release. It gently lures negative energies and bad habits away from ones thought and energy field.
Chrysocolla is a good choice to work with when you have difficulty expressing your feelings or your creativity is blocked. Chrysocolla is also a ‘wise women’s stone’. Worn or carried, it helps women to express their inner power and ancient knowledge. This is a good protection stone for those who feel nervous living alone.
